Becoming a resident is on an application basis
After your purchase, we will do these process below:
- Book an appointment
- Interview / application to become a resident
- Proposal in DAO
Voted Yes = spend tokens and become resident with a lease for 1SQM* of land for every $LAND token spent – minimum 200 $LAND.
Voted No = DAO buys tokens for 90% of sale price, or members can stake / sell on exchanges (when listed).
Purchase of land and tokens are non refundable
Land and tokens can be transferred to different parties.
